Yes, I still love YummySoup, although I’ve never tried MacGourmet. YS has come out with some great changes in the last year or so. I believe it is also available on the App store (for Mac) now too.

My mother-in-law makes something very similar for fall and winter holidays! She used to make it using something not vegan, but now she just leaves that out. It’s so light and fresh, I love it next to the heavier dishes.

That looks great! I like the idea with thinly sliced cucumbers, even though I’m a big fan of pickles in potato salad.
